I went down to Portland yesterday to have lunch with Harold and Sean and his lovely better half, Nancy (yes, it gets confusing).......it was great seeing Harold, who all things considered is doing wonderfully. He's been spending a lot of time with his grandchildren, went to a Celtics game (although confessed that today's sports arenas make him prefer to be in the comfort of his own home watching the game on TV), making new friends, and has joined a bereavement support group. He's looking forward to seeing eveybody on Culebra next winter when he visits.
The three of us searched high and low for the right background for this picture.....no, this is not in front of Sean's new home, which is really lovely. But we added in the snow and evergreens for those of you that still think that's pretty from a distance.....and please notice that Sean has not changed his shoes since you last saw him.....
