VISTA PÚBLICA SOBRE EL MEGA PROYECTO VILLA MI TERRUÑO
La Junta de Calidad Ambiental llevará a cabo una vista pública para solicitar comentarios sobre la declaración de impacto ambiental preliminar sometida para el proyecto de alta densidad Villa Mi Terruño, el cual ya empezó en Culebra. El proponente del proyecto es Manuel Dubón en sociedad con del Departamento de Vivienda de Puerto Rico.
A diferencia de vistas públicas fraudulentas que se han llevado a cabo en la isla recientemente, ésta es una vista pública oficial convocada por la Junta de Calidad Ambiental y habrá un récord oficial de los procedimientos. Habrá tiempo adicional para someter comentarios escritos.
Tuvimos que luchar para que se diera esta oportunidad y es importante que todos asistan. The project is proposed by Manuel Dubón in partnership with the Government of Puerto Rico’s Department of Housing.

PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING VILLA MI TERRUNO MEGA PROJECT
A public hearing has been called by the Environmental Quality Board of Puerto Rico to solicit comments on the preliminary environmental impact study submitted for the very dense Villa Mi Terruño project already underway on Culebra.
Unlike recent fraudulent public hearings held on the island, this is an official public hearing called by the Environmental Quality Board and there will be an official record taken at these proceedings. You will have additional time to submit written comments.
We had to fight for this opportunity and it is important for all to attend.

THE JCA Office has promised to notify me when they
set the new date.
For today: Gov Aníbal will greet the public at the
Plaza at 4:00PM and then walk to the Alexis Campaign
Hdqtrs in Clark (Tina's Strreet/New School)
Bilingual meeting with Alexis at
Marta and Quique's 7PM Tuesday, Oct 21st
