This is a photo of one of the first cars to enjoy the peace and tranquility
of the muellecito parking area. The car belongs to Rosarito Morales
Spanish Editor of the Culebra Calendar. Earlier today Louisa Feliciano
also entered the area while the Municipal crew was finishing up.
Both Rosarito and Louisa have written passionately about the closing
by Victor Gonzalez. Rosarito also is a founder of C.L.A.P. which approx.
translates to Citizens for the protection of Free Access to all Beaches

| It was pointed out to me that I didn't include all the members of C.L.A.P. I mentioned Rosarito as "a" founder. The others are Maricarmen Guilloty, Lourdes Feliciano and Don Monchin. The hard work done by C.L.A.P. played a key role in the opening of the muellecito. Before C.L.A.P. was founded, the leadereship of Don Monchin, Benjamín Pérez, Dolly Camareno, Digna Felician, Sylvia LLeres, and Maryann Lucking, played a pivotal role in bringing this issue to the forefront and uniting this Island. Sylvia Feliciano not Louisa.
