For those of you that aren't aware of the term, Nor'Easter is Maine's word for a tropical storm. Now, take that with single digit tempatures, and instead of rain, you get s____......enjoy that hot, sunny, haze......it's bad when you are petrified to drive anywhere, because it's so icy just getting from the house to the car....
...POTENTIAL FOR A MAJOR NOREASTER TO HIT SOUTHERN AND WESTERN
MAINE AND ALL OF NEW HAMPSHIRE WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY
NIGHT AND CURRENTLY ALL INDICATIONS ARE SUGGESTING THIS STORM
WILL INTENSIFY RAPIDLY AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST TO THE VICINITY OF
CAPE COD BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
IF THIS TRACK OCCURS...THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR A SIGNIFICANT
SNOWFALL FOR THE ENTIRE AREA WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
STRONG WINDS WOULD ACCOMPANY THIS STORM AND MAY BECOME VERY STRONG
WITH WIND GUSTS OF OVER 40 MPH LATE WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT
INTO THURSDAY CAUSING SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING. STRONGEST
WINDS WOULD OCCUR NEAR THE COAST.
SOME MINOR FLOODING AND BEACH EROSION MAY ALSO OCCUR ALONG THE
COAST AT TIMES OF HIGH TIDE.
THIS MAY BECOME A VERY LARGE AND DANGEROUS STORM SO ALL INTERESTS
SHOULD MONITOR LATER STATEMENTS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS
STORM. THE TRACK OF THE STORM WILL BE CRITICAL ON HOW MUCH IMPACT
THERE IS ON THE AREA AND WILL BE MONITORED CLOSELY.
STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO....YOUR LOCAL MEDIA OR GO TO
http://WWW.WEATHER.GOV/GRAY FOR FURTHER UPDATES ON THE DEVELOPING STORM.

of coarse island chick has a fireplace.....and a grill for cooking, because we're bound to lose electricity (that becomes a major issue here because of heat and pipes freezing)....but I could use some tea if you could send some....I just can't wait to shovel and shovel and shovel.....but it WILL be pretty once it's fnished, and I'll be able to make snow angels and go sledding....I'm trying to make myself feel better....

If you jokers in Culebra can do math, the wind chill tonight is going to be at least 100 degrees (no, that is the correct # of zeros) below your temps.......thought you'd enjoy this lastest bulletin from NOAA
