I'm happy to report that the Burrito Truck WILL be in town tonight, as soon as they get the damn thing up on the wrecker and out of my neighborhood. I love Cesar's burritos, but the smell of the diesel wrecker truck is not too appetizing with dinner! :(

One would think that 12 years of traveling to Culebra at least once ayear would have afforded me at least a glimpse of this legendary institution, but alas!  This "burrito truck" of which you speak dwells in the realm of the unicorn and Santa Clause.  I will present an ice-cold Presidente to the man, woman or child (to be put in trust, of course) who leads me to this mythical creature's lair!

I'll be the Culebra Curmudgeon until Mar. 6.

Now, do you really expect a cold Presidente for showing me a picture?  I want to eat one of those bad boys!

obviously you two need a moderator -- Doug, you lose. You owe Debbie a cold Presidente, and a burrito....

A six pack of Presidente at Culebra prices puts a lot of pressure on poor Rosa.  That burrito better be muy sabroso.  Otherwise you get Coors Light.

You're lucky you're getting away with owing me a Presidente or two. They have Heineken Dark on island now.

Is beer cheap in St. Louis? You know, kind of like oil should be cheap in Texas? ;)

Well it's cheaper than on Culebra. Those $12 six-packs are a bit posh, but on vacation,  that doesn't keep me away.  That'll buy a 20 pack of longnecks when they're on sale, hereabouts.

I just noticed that this thread is in two places.  Wonder how that happened?

I like it. It's sort of like having a ring side seat - there, in one corner, is Diving Debbie! Burrito in one hand, the other outstretched for her Presidente! There in the other corner is Doug, waiting for his burrito, slinging a six pack of Presidente's on his hip. Personally, I'm placing my bets on the burrito truck screwing this whole thing up ;)

LMAO -- debbie wouldn't mind the demise of the burrito truck, but I'm with Doug, the words burrito and truck together gets my stomach thinking mexicano y salsa picante....:P
