Debbie is an incredible photographer -- not only does she have an eye, she somehow manages to get the fish to pose for the pics......I swear she's part fish! Maybe that's why she's not big on the burrito truck:D

kubi and admin,

Thanks for the compliments. I haven't shot underwater in a year or so - I must get back into it! When we were in Culebra a week or so ago, we pulled out all the equipment, and the latch on our strobe broke, so we were gonna take pictures, but fate intervened. Maybe next trip. . .

And kubi, good luck with that partnership. The first thing you need is a truck that runs at least 50% of the time. :D Perhaps that could be your investment into Rosa and Cesar's business.

So, Doug, did you see the Burrito Truck? Did you have one? or two?

not the burrito truck again!!!:D

You shoulda seen me in New Mexico -- by the third day of the show, just the thought of Mexican food and hot sauce made me sick.....

I think Doug and I should kidnap Island Woman next year, and we hit the Fiery Foods show before the 51st birthday party (the show is a week earlier next year):D

Debbie,   why do you make stuff up about this imaginary truck?  I left you a Presidente...

Laurie,  Fiery Foods is the wrong time of year for me...I'm in the vicinity towards the end of September/early October.  Regardless, if time and weather permit, take a few days to explore the Jemez Springs area, Chaco Canyon, and the Bisti Badlands, for the best hoo-doos I've seen.

Doug
