There is a new ad campaign in Australia that uses a common gesture there to give a check point to speeders.
"The series of TV ads shows women shaking their little finger - a gesture used to symbolise a small penis - as speeding male motorists race past."

I LOVE this gesture! With no words, more is said than can ever be said! I am going to use it for jet ski idiots, cigarette boat idiots, Hummer idiots, and just swaggering idiots, regardless of whether they understand it or not. And I strongly urge all Americans, male and female, to start using this gesture so it catches on UpOver!
