And yesterday, I had to wear socks to work!
So, we booked a short weekend trip to Culebra! Not soon enough - end of November after Thanksgiving. At least its sooner than end of December. Plus, we get to one-up Admin and Dougie.
beachbound - is it possible our trips will overlap and we'll finally get to meet?

I was thinking about weather problems for you and Lewis all weekend and cold feet never came to mind. More like does the kitchen water tap work when you turn it on. Serious stuff. Anyhow, I'm glad y'all are getting a Culebra quickie in...will there be turkey sandwiches in the suitcase?

Doug - it was so nice to wake up the sound of rain this morning. It rained most of the day, but it's not enough to undo the damage. They say we need a tropical storm (gasp!) to sit over Atlanta for a few days to clear the ~17 inch deficit.
Overnight lows of 50s-60s are enough to make for cold feet though!

He! He! All this pressure of everyone getting there soon got to you, huh??  That is great that you are going to get a Culebra Quickie into your schedule. We are departing the island on Saturday, November 24th. Any chance you are coming in the day before?? ONE of these trips our times have to overlap, right? It's just a matter of time.

| I guess it's just not meant to be then. Maybe next time.........and hopefully it will include a concert from Lewis. My hubby is a HUGE Dead fan.
