I was sitting at the computer and glanced out the door and WOW! So I grabbed my camera...ok, I picked up my camera and strolled quickly out the door. The sunset, even from here where I miss a lot of the good sunset stuff, was pretty awesome. Note: I would have posted earlier but the electric went out for awhile; 2nd time today, first this morning for quite awhile, well, island life during a holiday or someone hit a pole?...glad I have excellent battery light power!

and sorry...but one more. Just so you know, I didn't do anything to these pics except the clarity thing, sharpening them up a bit. This is what the camera saw (because I'm still too much of a moron to figure out photoshop elements, and have no teacher...*cough*)

| Probably the colors at both sunrise and sunset were so spectacular because of the power failures on the island..... Is there any water yet?

| Water ran out at Flamenco Beach (campground) on Saturday. As one astute local lurker observed, well at least they didn't turn off the town to supply the campers....
