Does anyone know whether Digna or Alexis won Culebra's primary?
AND how about the Rossello/Fortuno contest on the B.I.?????

Culebra 34 t0 27 very low turnout
Fortuño beat Rossello overall

I'm having trouble getting a straight answer but
Digna won the barrios by 16 and alexis won the pueblo
by 25 = 9.

Because of the tight numbers Culebra along
with other Municipalities is receiving a recount
before certification. the recount was not called
for by Digna but is pro forma in tight elections.
there are however 20+ ballots in question and
several more initially challenged. Anything
could happen, but probably won't. I will keep
you posted

Recount Final Alexis by 5!
Once again the 50/50 theory plays out. Meaning the
system has us divided politically. Intentionally or not,
the result is what is important.
Wether deigned by conceit, populist suppression, or
happenstance, the effect is the same, we are hopelessly
divided. Obama illuminates hope, healing, and moving
beyond our racial history, (wether he should be President,
is a separate question).
But the system is "poised" for a 50/50 fight no matter what.
The minions of righteousness and their sycophants are ready
to fight for their elite masters (aka Freedom)
I hope that last line is not considered inflammatory, if it
