I saw on the abc evening news that Paris Hilton is going to spend her 23 days in jail on Culebras small lock-up, any thruth to those rumors ?

Paris Hilton? Do you mean Hilton, Paris? I googled it -

- and the only thing I could find was about a hotel near the Eiffel Tower, which looks pretty nice.
I don't think that could fit here, and I have no idea why they would want to put a whole hotel in jail anyway.
And that's the "thruth" from Culebra.

It's true - they're going to send her out to Costa Bonita with no water, sewage or service.

Here is a proposal for long-term usage of the Costa Bonita monstrosity...- Paris Hilton serves her sentence there with nobody to wait on her hand-and-foot, no food service or maid service (just like anybody else who stays there).
- Hidden cameras capture all of Paris' activities, with the video compiled to DVD and sold on the internet by either the municipality or Mal Hecho Bandito.
- Profits from sales of the "Paris En Culebra" DVD are used to permanently convert Costa Bonita into a mixed use facility (medical clinic, assisted living facility, UM/Rosenstiel Marine Biology extension classrooms, sea turtle hospital).
