Gracias por the new list of words, I noted the absence.  How long did your birthday last?

LOL....i have never, in my 38 years here, heard a rumor......and have no idea what you're talking about.

But I really do need to know -- is RG here or not?????   Because if he is, I am so on a mission and all other Culebra ladies step back.:D

Feliz cupleonous (don't correct my spelling admin, Carmen Rosa will get a laugh). So, Birthday Girl, let's get together for a drink instead of the drive by waves?

MJ don't worry, the correct spelling for birthday is cumpleanos. Anyway, the right spelling for supermarket is colmado, just for admit. My birthday WAS Nov 30, but since I left the island on the 18th and didn't get back until the 8th, the rest is history.

I'll pick you up this pm. I don't stop because  there are too many CUSTOMERS in the cart!!!!!! Yeah right!

Great post, don't forget the "ñ" thing. I used to get a kick out
the locals who laughed their a**es off everytime a gringo
would say prospero "ano" nuevo which to them sounds
like prosperous new anus.

cumpleanos would translate to approx fulfilled or complete ***

If you can't type ñ it use all caps.
