I ordered it. Will try to read it on the plane, and hand it off to you end of this month.
BTW, there is a box in our dining room with a computer bag and about seven books with your name on it. You'd think I could do something simple like address it and take it to the post office? Noooo - it's decoration for my dining room! Sorry! One day. . .
