I understand that Culebra Water Taxi rents dinghy(s). Can you tell me how many people a dinghy will accomodate and if it is safe to take one to Luis Pena. I read that most people only use them in dakita. Thanks and Happy New Year.
I don't know their policies, but I'm guessing that you would need to keep in the bay. And from the pictures, I would guess two people would be the max, but don't quote me on that.
There are several boat tour folk who can take you out to Luis Pena -- either as a drop off service or all day excursion......
