If you aren't familiar with journalist Molly Ivins, it's not too late, even though she died yesterday. Bright, witty, funny, straight to the point with a Texas lingo, ready to take on kings and presidents and anyone else who came against the America she loved so much.
As my daughter wrote to me, she can't believe Molly died before GWB was out of office. But I can almost hear the sigh of relief from the north...and the laughter from *out there* in reply.
Get a taste of her style here from some who knew her well and some of her own words..there is plenty left behind for us. Thanks, Molly.
