Right now it is blowing in hard gusts and I thought I'd check out some weather pics. If this weren't March, I'd be worried! But it is March, so it is just interesting. This section of the Atlantic has had quite a few moments like this this year, which may be a yearly thing, I just never noticed it before. I think with the Sahara dust more prevelent (or better able to be seen now due to technology?), it is more obvious, perhaps.

How bad is the dust in the VI area so far?  Is visibility as poor as last year?

BTW, I assume the first shot is the Sahara Dust view?

The dust has been strong this year as well, and seems to be affecting a lot of people. Yep, the top view is the dust.
