Enjoy it?
Unless one of "them-thar" water trucks is "a-gonna" visit the ole homestead ... I'd like some rain please! Hey, I don't want to ruin anybody's vacation or beach time. No sirree. Just 5 inches between 1am and 3am every night for a month will be just fine!

everyone needs rain.......and I know Island Woman's garden would love it (and so would Island Woman).
we are in desperate need here in Maine as well.......a month ago we were all worried about spring flooding with the snow melt. Well, this past weekend, a friend's house burned to to a pile of ashes.....and required 100 firefighters to fight the ensuing brush fires and fires at neighboring homes and even whole communities across the river.....so sad.
Let's all do a rain dance tonight at 8:16 p.m.. clothes optional.

Have you noticed there is a funny thing this time of year around here? We all get sort of desparate for rain...and then...it rains. And rains and rains and rains some more. So maybe this year will be different, but I only THINK about the need and don't say it out loud anymore

Writing this from a FAA Detention room at Philadelphia International Airport. Was on an airplane tonight at 8:16pm, in the air between PWM and PHL. Turns out that "clothing optional" is frowned upon while in flight.

ya shoulda done it in PWM -- they encourage such behavior.
I did it, to the oh so sweet tune of spring peepers in my woods.
