| The birthday gods don't seem to know that Admin is flying out of Portland Maine today to celebrate with family further south. It is NOT pretty flying weather. So think Happy Landing, Happy Landing, and most of all a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

Basically, the gods decided that I need a tropical storm to fly in. It's raining about as hard as it can, and high winds and thunderstorms predicted for later this morning (and I fly later this morning).
at least our fire danger has been slowed down for a few days.

Yes...I do need to get off the island, and I'm working on it! It may just be Fajardo for the day, but it's a start!

you'll never hear me saying I don't like cake. 
my niece is making me a butterfly cake for tonight (butterflys are the current rage).
I'm bunking with my nephew in his fancy new bunk bed......we're having arguments over who gets the bottom bunk -- my arguments are
1.. I'm a tad bit older
2. I am injured
3. I'm too fat for the top bunk
I think I won.
