From a few spits to a serious downpour, we got some wonderful rain today. It didn't last long but was enough to give everything a nice watering. It also broke the humid mugginess that has been making it hard to do much more than what has to be done. Right now it is a lot cooler, with about a five degree drop in the temp...yea!!!

Mmm, a good soaking.. not a ad Idea here, in the southern penninsula of dust. We may be getting a welcome tropical front from the Yucatan this weekend. That and the fact it the was last day of school here in Sunny SoFlo and no trouble with the "Children" to speak of, nice forecast....Oh, tomorrow, first day of Hairycane season...Hoard the SPAM!
