me thinkest that Island Woman does not need to water her garden today......and that a good rain is almost here.

That good rain IS here. And...as usual, timing is perfect. I was reading when I heard the clip clop of paso finos, coming down the road! I got a couple of shots, then changed clothes (oopsy, home dress is not my usual attire on the street) and took a walk to catch them coming back.
A little rain, a ride back in the chase pick up, and home again home again, in time to enjoy the rain on the roof! It is POURING!!

Everybody rides! My drop off from the chase truck. Some guys that would normally have been on horses let other family members ride instead...nice.

The parade didn't seem as large this year as in previous years - not as many horses and riders. . .

Huh! I thought just the opposite! Did you see the whole parade in town, as I didn't take pictures of everyone  Or...were you joking and I'm tired? Just got back from the beach...a little drizzle, a little sun, a lot of peace.

| No - I just saw them when they came up through the barriadas and over by Jerry's. But, last year when they came through, there seemed to be a lot more participants riding through the barriadas.

noone officially, but there are many horses, and I'm sure you could talk one of the locals into helping you out.....
