We were too late for Mark Twain/Samuel Clements for commentary, but we did have Art Buchwald, until today. Slipping past the doctors and fate for a year when he decided not to have dialysis for his liver failure, he kept writing and kept laughing.
One of his quotes I like a lot (and maybe this DOES have to do with Culebra) is:
"Whether it's the best of times or the worst of times, it's the only time we've got."
